2007 Directors' Cup

This tournament was established sometime in the distant past by a group of intrepid souls whose names should have echoed down the halls of history to the present time. Inexcusably the names of those few, those happy few, are now lost to us but we honor their memory nonetheless by competing lustily for the coveted Directors' cup.

Location: Tilden

Format: 72 holes of individual stroke play with full handicaps.

Dates: June 3, 10, 24, & July 8

Results: Congratulations to Mr. Les Johns on a solid effort in winning the 2007 Director's Cup, with a total 72 hole net score of 1-under par. Let us now forever put to rest the ridiculous notion that low handicappers can't compete in such events! Les overcame a 9 shot deficit to a 24 handicapper. Way to go Les!! Complete results for the entire field can be found here.
